I’m a NZ Registered Dietitian, ex-professional netballer, and founder of Relish Nutrition. With over 15 years of experience in sports nutrition and experience as an athlete myself, I help young athletes and their parents feel more confident about fuelling for sport, growth, and well-being.

 I created Relish Athlete: READY to help take the guesswork out of nutrition and give families practical tools that actually fit real life — without food rules or extremes.

I’m also a mum of three, so I know firsthand how busy sport-family life can be. I can’t wait to share this with you.
