Build her foundations now.
Food habits, body confidence, and the knowledge to thrive in sport and in life long after sport finishes.
Relish Athlete: RISE is an 8-week self-paced program for young women aged 12 to 20 and their parents. Practical, evidence-based, and built by a New Zealand Registered Dietitian who gets it.
Growing up as a young woman today is a lot. Training, school, body changes, social pressure, and a mountain of noise around food. It's exactly why RISE exists.
RISE is for young women who:
- Play sport at any level, from school teams to competitive clubs
- Are active and want to understand how to fuel their body well
- Feel confused or overwhelmed around food
- Are going through body changes and want to understand what's happening
- Want more energy, more confidence, and a better relationship with food
And it's for the parents and caregivers who want trusted, evidence-based guidance from someone who genuinely gets it.
Yes, I'm In, Secure My SpotWHAT WE COVER:
RISE is built around the Relish Athlete Method: Fuel. Function. Feel. Eight weeks of learning, doing, and building habits that last, at her own pace.
π’ Week 1, Welcome to RISE
Setting the tone. She'll understand the big picture and feel safe, welcomed, and excited about what's ahead.
π’ FUEL, Weeks 2 to 4
What to eat, when, and how to build a day that supports training, growth, and everyday life. The Performance Plate, key nutrients, hydration, and fuelling around sport.
π΅ FUNCTION, Weeks 5 and 6
How the female body works, energy availability, and why the menstrual cycle is one of the most powerful health signals she has.
πΈ FEEL, Weeks 7 and 8
Body changes in adolescence, social media and comparison, letting go of food rules, and building a relationship with food that lasts.
HOW IT WORKS:

Hi I'm JessΒ
I'm a New Zealand Registered Dietitian, former professional netballer, and mum of three with over 15 years experience working with young female athletes.
I've been there. I know what it feels like to navigate sport, body changes, food pressure, and the noise that comes with it all. And I know what it looks like when young athletes don't get the right support early enough, because I see the consequences of that every single day in my work.
RISE exists because I want something different for your daughter. I want her to learn about her body early, build habits and skills that actually stick, and carry them with her long after sport finishes.
Because before she is an athlete, she is a person. And that matters most.
