Build her foundations now.

Food habits, body confidence, and the knowledge to thrive in sport and in life long after sport finishes.

Relish Athlete: RISE is an 8-week live program for young women aged 12 to 20 and their parents. Practical. Evidence-based. Delivered by a New Zealand Registered Dietitian who gets it.

Growing up as a young woman today is a lot.

Training, school, body changes, social pressure, and a mountain of noise around food and how she should look. At this life stage, young women have specific needs that aren't always easy to navigate.

It can show up in all sorts of ways. Tiredness that doesn't go away. Confusion around food. Anxiety about eating differently to friends. A period that becomes unpredictable. A niggling feeling that something isn't quite right.

And it's exactly why I have created RISE.

Imagine your daughter growing up actually trusting her body.

Learning how to fuel herself for training, for school, and for life. Building confidence around food in any situation. Understanding how her body works and what it needs.

Not just for this season. For life.

That's what RISE is designed to support.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

RISE is for young women aged 12 to 20 who:

  • Play sport at any level, from school teams to competitive clubs
  • Are active and want to understand how to fuel their body well
  • Feel confused, anxious, or overwhelmed around food
  • Are going through body changes and want to understand what's happening
  • Want more energy, more confidence, and a better relationship with food

And it's for the coaches, parents and caregivers who want to give their daughter the foundation she deserves, with trusted, evidence-based guidance from someone who genuinely gets it.

WHAT WE COVER:

RISE is built around the Relish Athlete Method: Fuel. Function. Feel.

Eight weeks of learning, doing, and building habits that last.

🟢 WEEK 1, Welcome to RISE We meet each other, set the tone, and get clear on why this program is different. Your daughter will understand the big picture and feel safe, welcomed, and excited about what's ahead.

🟢 FUEL, Weeks 2, 3 and 4 What to eat, when to eat it, and how to build a day of eating that actually supports training, growth, and everyday life. The Performance Plate model, key nutrients for young women, hydration, and fuelling around sport, all made simple and practical.

🔵 FUNCTION, Weeks 5 and 6 How the female body works, what energy availability means, the signs of under-fuelling, and why the menstrual cycle is one of the most powerful health signals your daughter has. No scary science, just information every young woman should have.

🌸 FEEL, Weeks 7 and 8 Body changes in adolescence, social media and comparison, eating confidently in social situations, letting go of food rules, and building a healthy relationship with food that lasts well beyond sport.

Secure My Spot

Hi I'm Jess

I'm a New Zealand Registered Dietitian, former professional netballer, and mum of three with over 15 years experience working with young female athletes.

I've been there. I know what it feels like to navigate sport, body changes, food pressure, and the noise that comes with it all. And I know what it looks like when young athletes don't get the right support early enough, because I see the consequences of that every single day in my work.

RISE exists because I want something different for your daughter. I want her to learn about her body early, build habits and skills that actually stick, and carry them with her long after sport finishes.

Because before she is an athlete, she is a person. And that matters most.
